Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at diworio.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a fair and clear return policy.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, unusable, or significantly different from the product description or model shown on our website.

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed and unaltered

  • With all original tags attached

  • Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box

  • Returned in the original shipping box or an equivalent protective outer package

Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of:

  • Makeup, deodorant, or other stains

  • Pet hair or fur

  • Perfume, detergent, or smoke odors

  • Any damage to the original shoe box, such as shipping labels, tape, or markings

Items that fail to meet the above conditions will be returned to you at your expense.


Final Sale Items

Some products, especially those with significant discounts, may be labeled as Final Sale. These items are:

  • Not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit

Final Sale status will be clearly indicated on the product page.


Packaging Requirements

Packaging is considered part of the product and must be returned intact:

  • Products must be shipped back in the original packaging, including the shoe box and an outer protective box.

  • Do not place labels, tape, or markings directly on the product box.

  • Damaged or altered packaging will result in the return being refused and shipped back to you.


Return Process

  2. If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  4. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refunded amount.

If more than 7 days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@diworio.com.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
